Instead of a ready-to-drink beverage in a bottle, we are moving toward cartridge systems (similar to printers), where the base is mixed with concentrates immediately before consumption. This requires new solutions for emulsion stability and microdosing.

TATFOOD’s Conclusion: The era of “average taste for the average consumer” is coming to an end. Givaudan and IBM have provided a tool that turns food into an interface between human biology and technology. The only question is which Ukrainian retailer will be the first to install a “smart dispenser” in their stores.
