Recruitment for the Food Industry

We work with companies that produce food products on a year-round and seasonal basis. Our goal is not simply to fill a position, but to resolve the specific challenge the company has brought to us.

We do not use automated email campaigns, publicly accessible databases, or template-based matching. We handle each request individually, analyzing whether it is actually possible to find the right specialist within the specified timeframe and based on the specific requirements.

We do not work with all industries. We focus exclusively on the food sector: production, processing, quality control, new product development, certification, and technology. Thanks to our narrow specialization, we understand the internal processes at companies, speak the same language as candidates, and can quickly assess who truly meets the job requirements.

How the selection process works

  1. Please submit your request: job title, brief description of responsibilities, location, schedule, and expected salary
  2. We are clarifying the technical details: team composition, type of production, condition of equipment, reporting structure, and experience requirements
  3. We develop an internal job description and provide a market forecast—how long the search might take and how realistic the requirements are
  4. Once we have received approval, we begin a broad search: we review candidates who are open to offers, send out inquiries, and conduct preliminary interviews
  5. We only refer candidates to you who are genuinely interested and meet your requirements
  6. If needed, we provide assistance during the interview process and explain the expectations, nuances, and risks to both parties

What We Guarantee

  • All candidates are from the food industry
  • No mass screening—just a precise match to the query
  • The job posting will not be made public without your permission
  • Each candidate is informed in advance of the main conditions
  • We do not disclose any of the company's contact information to third parties without prior approval
  • If we don't see a way to find a candidate, we'll be honest about it, but our goal is to meet the demand through negotiations and adjustments to our proposals
