Area of Responsibility:
– Development and implementation of new product lines into production;
– Regulatory and technical documentation;
– Development of and compliance with formulas, cost calculations, process charts, and internal rules and regulations;
– Analysis of raw materials, calculation of raw material costs and packaging costs, and optimization of production processes.
Required Qualifications:
– A college degree in food production (preferably dairy);
– Work experience in a similar position in the ice cream industry—this is the most essential requirement!;
– Knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and equipment used in food production;
– Computer skills.
